Iberia: if you can avoided
Staff on the carriers and ground at best of little help, if not blatantly rude. Having regard to the substance of this behavior is to wonder whether it is a company policy. Up four flights taken over two weeks, three were late, with the risk of losing the connection for an intercontinental flight. They managed to lose four out of four cases. If this were not enough .... I got on the flight from Bogota to Madrid on January 6 last year ... the person next to me got sick ..... They left lying on the ground for the duration of the flight ...... even if there were free seats in first class where definitely being hurt would have been more comfortable ....... the crew wanted me and two other people involved in the unfortunate incident in places we risedessimo clean evil ....... I refused and finally after that I was standing by now waiting for half an hour they found a solution .... they moved me to another place ....... the other two people were where they were made riaccomodare ....... this is the airline from January 1, 2010 for six months, claims to be the carrier of the English Presidency of the EU ...... damn ...... ........
